Terms of sale

Last updated: 25 October 2026

1. Scope

These terms apply to the ebooks sold directly by Mr Schaka on mrschaka.com, through the Payhip shop. Books bought on Amazon are sold by Amazon under its own terms.

2. Seller

Mr Schaka, independent author. Contact: contact@mrschaka.com.

3. Products

Digital books (ebooks) in PDF format. Each listing shows the title, language, content and price. A bundle groups several ebooks into a single purchase.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros. The final price, including any applicable taxes, is displayed by Payhip before payment. The price that applies is the one shown when you order.

5. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed on Payhip. Payment is processed by Payhip and its payment providers (for example Stripe). Mr Schaka never has access to your card details. The contract is concluded once payment is confirmed.

6. Delivery

The ebook is delivered immediately: a download link appears after payment and is also sent to you by email. If you receive nothing or the file will not open, write to contact@mrschaka.com and you will get a new file or a refund.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a rule, you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, this right no longer applies once the download has started, provided you gave your express consent and acknowledged losing this right (Article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law). By confirming your purchase, you request immediate access to the ebook and acknowledge losing this right as soon as the download starts. If you have not downloaded the file yet, you can ask for a refund within 14 days.

8. Use of the ebooks

The ebooks are for personal use. You may copy them to your own devices. Reselling, sharing them publicly or uploading them online is not allowed.

9. Conformity guarantee

The ebook must match its description. If it is defective (incomplete, unreadable or wrong file), the legal guarantee applies: the file is replaced or, failing that, refunded.

10. Personal data

How your data is handled when you buy is described in the privacy policy.

11. Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, please write first to contact@mrschaka.com. If no solution is found, you can contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service, North Gate II, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels (mediationconsommateur.be).

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
